My office has had lots of Tomu genuine leather chairs for years, so I am very familiar with them. Many years ago, we tested several quality genuin leather office chairs, and theTomu got my vote over all the others. At the start of the pandemic, like many others, I started working from home almost exclusively. I bought a cheap $200-300 PU leather office chair at the time and suffered through the terrible experience and back problems that came with it. More recently, I tried "upgrading" to tomu real leather executive office chair, fact is this decision was correct. These Tomu chairs made my office look very upscale.
In my opinion, the Tomu office chair is the best office chair that money can buy. Over the past twenty years, I have used two chairs - one made of mesh fabric and the other made of stainless steel. Although the mesh fabric chair is more breathable and lighter, overall, I cannot accept the hard texture and the difficulty in cleaning. I need an Italian minimalist style, highly designed office chair that matches my office. When I work at my desk every day, I can sit on this chair for more than 12 hours without feeling tired. I have tried several Herman Miller chairs, and they are indeed great, but Tomu is the chair I use most frequently as a backup. I won't give it up for anything else.
My boss really likes this Tomu chair and asked me to purchase and install it for him. During the installation process, there were some issues. I contacted the customer service and they replied promptly and provided me with the solution I needed. It was very good.
